Set in a tranquil spot in the heart of Suffolk, the property offers sumptuous, light-filled accommodation for up to twelve guests, providing a wonderful backdrop for special occasions and reunions.

Entering the property, follow the stairs as they sweep up and into the light, spacious and elegantly furnished open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is a fabulous space whether you’re marking a special occasion or simply wanting to relax in a bright, stylish atmosphere. Doors open out onto a large sun terrace with soft seating, a BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven, offering wonderful views and a relaxing spot for dining alfresco. The first bedroom, a cheerful double, is on the lower ground floor, with doors to the garden. Dating back to medieval times, Lavenham is a picturesque town which has a choice of fantastic places to eat and drink, with the bustling Bury St Edmunds just a short drive to the north (12.5 miles). There are plenty of popular local attractions within easy reach including Kentwell Hall, Melford Hall, Kersey Mill, Bradfield Woods National Nature Reserve and Baylham House Rare Breed Farm, all within 16 miles.
