There were stains on the pillows, walls and we never had house keeping once come to our room during our stay. We found bugs crawling on the sofa. No extra pillow or blanket in drawers and our room didn’t even have an ice bucket. Will not book here again!

Good location. Room decent and comfortable. Beds were good too. If you have pets I am sure this hotel works for you. However I am not sure they block out rooms for “no pets” so if you have allergies I would double check.

We stayed here in July 2023 and wasn't overly impressed but decided to try it again June 2025. There is no guest room cleaning service if you are only staying 1-2 days, unless you request it. You have to go to the front desk to request bedding for the pull out sofa in the suite. There was mold/mildew in the tub and on the ceiling in the washroom. They did not allow me to use Prepaid RBC credit card to pay for the room. (RBC credit card gift cards) They also charge a $150 deposit which was refunded at check out. The hotel is conveniently located, close to grocery stores where we could buy gluten free food and cook in our room.We stayed here in July 2023 and were not overly impressed, but we decided to give it another try in June 2025. One downside is that there is no housekeeping service for stays of 1-2 days unless you specifically request it.
