This property was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of room to spread out and be together! The boat ramp was a plus! the pool was so refreshing, and we spent a lot of time relaxing in it. Kiki's is in walking distance and has a great atmosphere and live music. We shuttled down to Key West one night and had a blast!! We came to lobster, snorkel on the reefs and relax at the sandbar, all very close to this property! We didn't want to leave! We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here before. They made many upgrades. Location is close to Key West and Marathon. Our guys caught lots of fish.

Beautiful place to stay. We were able to rent a boat a couple of doors down and park it at the property boat landing. Easy access to Overland highway, restaurants and other Keys.

A few things need repair, but did not affect the experience at all. The hall bathroom toilet needs flapper and handle. The drawers in that bathroom would not stay closed.

Great place! We usually stay at Venture Out every year but decided to try somewhere new. Great place! Convient pool right there at the home, place to park boat right there at the property. Plan on returning! Property manager returned questions promptly.

Beautiful Location

Property was big was nice to have multiple houses to fit all of our family. Great views of water and aquatic wildlife! Property had all listed amenities. Phenomenal sunrises. The kids practically lived in the pool. Location was great fishing guide picked us up right at the property and close proximity to great restaurants. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful Location

The property is a wonderful location. Kiki’s is within walking distance and a wonderful place. The pool is this property’s biggest asset. I would have given it a 5 star but the property could use a little tlc and updating. I would definitely stay again.

The outside area was not very clean and didn’t match what was shown in the pictures. The water flow and pressure was horrible and many issues with the toilets. I only saw 2 of the 3 showers and one was filthy. For the price we paid I wouldn’t stay again.

Perfect, Private Getaway

Perfect location, houses were exactly what we needed for our group. The private pool made afternoons very relaxing after boating all day. The private boat basin and kayaks were the icing on the cake! We’ll be back!

Beautiful Home and Setting

This is the second time that we have rented this home and it is by far our favorite. We rent several a year. It has beautiful landscaping and is in a great location. Kitchens are stocked very well and having the guesthouse is just amazing and gives the other 2 couples plenty of privacy and space. The pool is amazing. Location is perfect for renting a boat, sitting by the pool or just relaxing under a palm tree.

Little Torch Key

The size of the house and guest house was perfect for our large group! It was really nice having the guest house on the same property. We really enjoyed the pool and kayaks. The house could use some TLC, you can tell it has been well loved, a once through with maintenance and touch up paint would help tremendously. The location was perfect, close to everything.

Amazing property with pool and boat access

What a wonderful place! Pool was awesome, boat access and location was exceptional, and house was perfectly laid out for our extended family with kids and infants. House and guest house were in great condition, all the needed amenities were there, and easy check in. Kikis right down the road was a fun spot for dinner.

We had a good time. Location is great. Interior condition of rooms pretty nice for old keys style. Exterior of building needs pressure cleaning and painting. Patio deck needs pressure cleaning and painting. Mold on exterior house and pool deck. Looks like no exterior care whatsoever. Major seaweed at ramp and stairs leading into water very slippery with mold.

Great facility to meet large group needs; just dated/tired

The location was excellent. Close to several local amenities (fishing charter, boat rental, local pub) and easy out to US1. There was room to accommodate everyone. The pool was nice and the patio was very accommodating for a large group. There were some issues with cleanliness which we easily resolved on our own. The place is tired and needs some updating/repairs.

Great location, plenty of space

The property is what made our week stay so amazing. The kids loved being on the water and loved the pool. There are kayaks on-site and we brought a paddle board that we used daily. Right from the dock we saw sharks, barracuda, parrot fish, and an octopus. The house had plenty of space for multiple families to spread out. All around, a great house and property. Close to Bahia Honda and not a far drive to Key West either- get location!

Little Torch Key Paradise

First off... always love coming to this location. Our family has been coming for 10+ years; since 2010. Price has increased tremendously. The home has had some updates but could use more. Same towels, wash cloths, and dish cloths. I even brought my own years ago and left them there. They're still there. I also brought and left my own pots and pans. Newer than what is there. This stay, for a family of 8; we had 8 wash cloths total. Please buy some more from the $ store. Small price for update/new towels and wash cloths/dish cloths. Total house inside and out needs a fresh coat of paint. Outdoor areas had a lot of debris and cigarette butts laying around. Disappointed it's not kept up better. Especially for the amount we paid for the week. Over $6300.00. Very nice set up and location; just can't afford it anymore.
