This hotel was clean, the beds were comfy and the price was right. So overall i have no issue with my stay. However, they close the restaurant on site on the weekends so there are no food options at the hotel. They came outside to tell us that we arent supposed to bbq on the property but relented when we mentioned the closed restaurant. Also there was no cable. It was a busy weekend of sports and at the end of a long day i like to come back to the hotel and lay down and watch tv to relax. This hotel gets about 10 channels, most of which are news and a lot in french. I would give this hotel 5 stars if these 2 things were rectified bc everything else was great!!

The cleaning staff were very attentive. The grounds and buildings are a bit dated and there is practically no sound proofing between rooms

I loved how clean and comfy the room was, very comfortable beds. The thing that led me to check out early was the internet service. I had to move around the room to get the wifi going, and it would only stay on for about a minute and I’ll get disconnected again. It was so bad that the data service wasn’t available too.

This former RCAF barracks has been completely renovated with modern hotel rooms. It’s spacious and has all the amenities you expect , including microwave, hair dryer, safe, etc. we were a little nervous because of their low summertime rates but we were completely satisfied and would definitely stay again. The only downside is their restaurant was closed on the weekend.
