When I entered the hotel, there was an upset customer at the time, and the staff seemed annoyed by him. It was not very welcoming and friendly to me. The vent smelled like dog or mold every time it turned on, so we just left it off. One of the staff members came upstairs to see if we were stomping around the hotel because another customer was complaining, I have never had anything like that happened to me. The beds were very uncomfortable
