Clean, safe and affordable

Affordable, clean and safe. Comfortable bed and good quality towels. Good breakfast but the hotel could provide real cutlery and coffee cups to cut down on plastic and paper waste.

Sewage smell and rude reception

The room smelled like sewage and when I called the front desk they were very rude, telling me it was already cleaned, and that I should open my window. They also said they wouldn’t have another room in my class and couldn’t move me. Even after airing the room out, the smell persisted. Room 188. Additionally, it was posted as a queen room but the bed was a double not a queen. The breakfast was good (we liked the pancake machine) and the staff doing that were very kind. I would not ever stay again.

Great hotel at a great price!

Really enjoy staying here, they offer free breakfast in the morning and it is a really good breakfast with lots of options. They have a pool and a hot tub and a really nice outdoor area.

I was not greeted after standing at the desk for 8 mins the gal at the front desk who was there but frustrated that she couldn’t log into her computer. I finally mentioned to her that we had not been greeted and felt it was enough time that she should greet us. She called another worker who informed her it was the mouse on her computer. But still did not greet us. Completely ignored that we were there. Not a greet experience. Also no blow dryer no water pressure. Will not come back and will not recommend.
