Unfortunately there were kids on the floor above us running until at least 1 am. We called the front desk to have them handle it or move our room. Secondly, there were no USB ports for chargers in our room so we had to make other arrangements for charging. Lastly, housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:20 am on a Sunday! By the third knock we finally got up and let them know we were sleeping. The overall place was nice and in a convenient area but disappointed in a few things.

Checked in super late.. room key(s) wouldn’t work.. desk clerk remembered that room could only be unlocked with master key (?!) and actually tried to just let us in with his.. as though not having our own working room key would be ok?!? Asked to be moved to a different room. Just wasn’t impressed with the place at all- old & run down.

Enjoyed my stay. Very nice hotel. The workout room was awesome. Couldn't go in the pool as the weather was a tad bit cool but sitting around the pool was nice. Only downfall, the shower water needs to be hotter for me. Water was warm. I would stay here again
