The apartment complex is well located, and our poolside apartment with its own fenced courtyard had good potential. However, the overall standard did not meet expectations based on the photos and description. On arrival, the linen and bedding were not properly cleaned — a ripped pillowcase, hair on the bed, and a musty bed cover were disappointing. we had to empty to vacuum cleaner just to use it, Dryer lint filter was full, dusty skiting boards. Several maintenance issues were also apparent: the shower-to-bath lever was broken, lighting was poor and dusty, and the toilet roll holder was not fit for purpose. We requested at reception to view alternative apartments as they became available, but this request was ignored. While the location was convenient, the accommodation requires better attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service to meet the standard advertised.

Excellent location for a stay, 2 mins from beach. The property is undergoing renovations so some rooms are fresh and modern while others are dated. The staff are really helpful and friendly.

The pools were amazing so nice to have a lot to choose from. Well maintained. The doors being so heavy would relly slam if you let them. Not a hotel issue but maybe a reminder on the doors to consider others who may be sleeping and close the door quietly not let it slam.
