The whole joint was full of mold. Every Aircon in the apartment was filthy and leaked water. The rooms had not been cleaned. Our blankets were covered in stains and the hotel was way over priced.

Stunning ocean view and onsite parking Ony disappointed us no WI FI And the 2nd bedroom with 2 single bed we try to join it so it will become one once you lie on it ....it moves separately because of the wheel of the bed. But still good and affordable apartment We don't mind to stay there again

No wifi as confirmed, and no solution provided even I contacted to the reception or eotif. Toilet seat is detached & no light in 2nd bedroom, no action was taken even being reported to reception. The receptionist even ask us to change the light bulb by providing us spare ones....

Good place for a short getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Maroochy Sands. Swimming pool was great for the kids and room was ok. Parking area is a bit narrow specially if you enter on the eastern garage gate but other than that, all good. Fans needed some urgent cleaning.

A lot of things in our unit weren’t working. The TV in the living room has no signal to watch free to air TV. Foxtel works though. The TV in the main bedroom has no remote. The aircon in the main bedroom doesn’t cool. The remote in the second bedroom doesn’t work. Worst still there were poos in the toilet!

Unit 31. Clean and tidy. Management obliging and quick to sort any small things. Good position near beaches and eating places. Great sea views. Parking good. Needing revamp of lounge seating. Outside seating area vey nice but outdoor furniture not so practical. Especially young families

Great View

We all had a wonderful time @ Maroochy Sands. Key to lifts a bit confusing at first. Had to ask for more toilet paper & bin liners..There were 6 of us. Overall a great experience asked for early check in & got it Thanks Renee :)
