Overpriced and run down â completely disappointing
The staff were friendly and the room itself was clean, but unfortunately thatâs where the positives end.
The facilities are in very poor condition. Broken fly screens, damaged curtains, dirty carpets, and walls that havenât been patched or maintained. The neighbourâs door wouldnât close properly and slammed loudly every time, which made it impossible to relax.
The pool area is overgrown and neglected. The car park and undercover entrance have broken beams and large holes in the ceiling, which feels unsafe and unacceptable.
For nearly $400 for two nights, this place is massively overpriced. The condition of the property is nowhere near what you would expect for that price.
I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.
