Good location on the Superior Bay, sheets on the bed were dirty so we were given a different room which was ok. Pool area was clean, but hot tub was not hot. Bar and restaurant were fine

The bedroom was a little dated with one chair that had definitely seen better days and should have been removed. The fridge rocked. Just little things. Reception staff were great - restaurant staff less so. Very young and inexperienced. Didn't have a wine list OR know what wines they had, for example. So it was fine, but nothing special.

Our room was dirty. Garbage under table, behind night stand and under the bed. The fridge has nasty dirty crumbs and sticky stuff. The menus in the rooms are not what is served in the restaurant. Took forever to get just our drinks in restaurant. The food was delicious we ordered for dinner. Ordered breakfast on app wouldn't give us our breakfast I had to explain to them there is 2 options with door dash which a dasher picks up and by door dash which we pick up ourselves. Had to ask for towels multiple times. The staff at the front desk were all very friendly. The property needs to upkeep. We enjoyed our stay over all besides the few small things.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have a continental breakfast as I went to ask them Sunday morning and he said I had to go to the restaurant to have breakfast as the website says they have a free breakfast on the website and the room was dirty, sheets were all stained up was overall dirty and so upset how not clean for the amount of money we spent on this room

The staff was very nice. But, the accommodations left much to be desired. We had a late checkin and when we arrived, we found the door to our room propped open. The front desk was kind enough to give us a different room. The room was cold, so we turned on the heat and it caused the whole room to smell like burnt hair, we turned it off. The toilet lid was missing a chunk and there were several unfilled holes and gaps in the bathroom. Nothing that couldn’t be dealt with, but I do not recommend overall.

The property is located in a beautiful location. However, the rooms were filthy. The food at the restaurant was cold and tasted like it was reheated. My mother left a tip, and when she checked her checking account, they had charged $7 mote than what she left them.

Chose this place because of proximity to dragon boat races. On-site restaurant was lacking. They were out of noodles to make pasta dish on menu, and cook was over an hour late Saturday morning so unable to get breakfast.

The room wasn't clean. One corner had a large spider web with dead flies. Dirty towels left from the pool in the bathroom. Ice bucket was full of water that had a film on it. Refridgerator was full of water. Had to keep putting on the bottom sheet as it wouldn't fit. Maid needs to pay a little more attention on the cleaning. I may stay again but would have to check room first.
