We loved the location, it was very easy to get to beach and was also just a bit quieter being off the main road. The house was very well stocked - there were tons of things we could use for the beach and everything we needed in the kitchen. The hosts were very responsive and the whole process was clear and easy!

Great beach rental

This house met all of our needs and expectations. It was very comfortable and had everything one could possibly need to have a great stay. The owners were very easy to communicate with and were quick to respond to any need or question that we had. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 2 children ages 5 and 8 and everyone was comfortable with the accommodations. The house is an easy 4 or 5 minute walk to the beach. The area is quiet and family oriented. We would be happy to stay again sometime in the future!

We had a great time!

We had a great family vacation at this property. It was very clean and the owners are very nice. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with cooking ware. The beach wagon was a plus since we didn’t have room to bring our own. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing Hosts!

The home is beautiful. Amenities are great! Location is great - less than a two minute walk to beach and quiet street. Aside from a small weather related issue the home was wonderful. Even better are the hosts! I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! They were responsive, friendly, and accommodating to our family’s needs. I will definitely stay here again!!

The home was clean and neat. Concerned with the safety of the stairs leading into the house. The ice maker didn’t work and could have used more towels and toiletries….ie…more than one roll of TP! Also, the furniture was less than comfortable.

Great place close to beach access!

We stayed here for a week with family and loved it! The beach access was so close that it was easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials and the rooms were nice and spacious! We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

A good time was had by all!

Family… grandparents, children and grandchildren, we all enjoyed our time at Holden Beach. The house was comfortable, clean and roomy, beach walkway was close and easy to access, traffic was very light at that end of the island. We would definitely stay here again

Wonderful property!

Wonderful property in a great location! Quiet area of the island, beach access is across the street. House is 3rd house on street so very short walk to beach which was fantastic. Owner is super nice. Pretty much everything you could need for a vacation is in the house. We rented Cornhole boards from Boomers for the week for super cheap so that was awesome too. Can't wait to be back already!!

Perfect house to spend Thanksgiving!

We spent 5 days here with family to celebrate Thanksgiving. Great price, great location, great host! Kitchen has tons of pots and pans, and other useful stuff to cook a big meal. Nice outdoor shower. You will not be disappointed in this house.
