The Ferry House- Lower Unit

This lovely coastal home is in a great location surrounded by oak and pine trees, providing a peaceful secluded feel on a half-acre lot. The Intercoastal can be found at the end of the street, within a short walk; where fishing boats supply two fresh seafood markets, and a popular waterfront restaurant. In addition, there are fishing charters available for hire, and jetski and other boat rentals are available. Fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the Holden Beach fishing pier. Holden public beach access is a two-and-a-half-mile drive and is accessible via golf carts, which are available for rent from local vendors. This lower-level home enjoys a cozy living area with comfy furniture and a 65-inch Roku smart TV with streaming services so you can stay up to date with your favorite series and shows. Spend tranquil evenings watching TV or treat yourself and your guest to a delicious summertime cookout using the gas grill available on the patio. Back inside, you have a well-appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Additional perks include a shared outdoor shower and an on-site washer/dryer.
