1. スタッフの対応は以前と変わりなく好感が持てる。 2. 客室はトイレが古い、またシャワーは水量不足、 バスタタブの汚れ、シャワー等のコーキング材の 　処置が酷く作業のクオリティーが低い、また日本人 　女性からは敬遠されるレベル 3. アメニティーは最小限、レベルアップが必要 4. 空調機のコントローラー等、設備が全体に古い 5. EVが3基中1基非稼働、到着しても扉が開かない 6. 朝食のバリエーションが以前と比較して減った。 7. ホテルで換金できない。ゴルフ場の予約も限定的 　ブロモツアー等のサポートが得られない。 ※全体に10年間よりサービスの質低下とホテル全体の 　清潔感が失われていると感じた。

部屋の窓にカギ（ロック）が無く完全に閉める事が出来ないので外の騒音が入って来る。 風が強いと窓を閉めてあっても隙間が大きくなり外の騒音がかなりの音で聞こえて早朝のお祈りの音で起こされた。ロックはちゃんと着けて欲しい。 あと自分は固定のシャワーが嫌いなのでそれはちょっと困る。 スタッフ等　この2点以外は特に問題有りません。

水回り、特に洗面台、ふろ場の排水が悪く水がなかなか流れない。 シャワーはお湯の出方が悪く、殆ど水に近い冷たさでシャワーをせざるを得なかった。又、バスタオルの清潔感に欠ける。 ハンドタオルが無い。四つ星ホテルにしては冷蔵庫内に飲み物を入れてない。等々四つ星ホテルと言えるグレードか疑問。御社を通じた予約は問題なくスムースだった。
