Very accommodating with a nice size private pool, short walk to beach. Nice to have a golf cart with the $150 rebate. Beds were comfortable and a great size. Kitchen is well equipped

Great Home close to the Beach!!!!!

This home was a great vacation spot for our family. It was a huge home with plenty of room and it didn't feel like we were on top of each other! Could literally walk to the beach! Great time there. The private pool just topped off a wonderful time. The kiddos loved spending time in the pool! Overall a wonderful big home that was a great time!

The duplex was amazing. My family and I enjoyed the pool and also we rented a golf cart and had it delivered it to the house. Check in and check out was easy.

Bike Week 2025

Once again, had a great week. We stayed here 2 years ago for bike week and booked again this year. There were 4 couples and we all had plenty of personal space. Love that you accept motorcycles and trailers. Thank you!! I know next bike week, I will be looking for your place again.

House was nice and roomy. Enough space for everyone. Didn’t like tge fact i had to place the sheets on the bed but they were wrapped in plastic and clean so thats a plus. Parking wasn't what i was expecting. I had a full size truck and 14ft enclosed trailer and there wasn't enough room.

Bike Week 2023

The house was fabulous! There were 9 adults for a week and everyone had plenty of space and we had a blast. The best part was that our motorcycles and trailers were allowed. It is very hard to find any type of place that will accept both and that is the main reason we booked this house. Even without bikes, you can't go wrong booking this house!

Pool is a nice size and lots of amenities that make it a nice getaway. Outdoor shower and pool furniture were nice. Overall the house accommodated our family well. Many rooms and bathrooms! Overall though the house seems a little worn down. Many large cockroaches visited during our stay. There were many dust piles as if someone swept and just forgot to pick it up.

Property was generally okay. Space was great! Not far from the beach at all and amazing neighborhood. Close to everything we had wanted to be around. Huge concern, bugs. There were MANY surrounding the property and unfortunately quite a few inside the property alive and dead. Doesn’t look like those that are in charge of cleaning the property are doing too well. Overall the stay was decent.

We loved the location to the beach, pier, restaurants, and also the park that had so many activities to participate in. The rental itself was very clean and cozy! There was enough seating for everyone at the table and living room. The pool and outdoor space was also a great place to hangout after a long day at the beach or a day in. You won’t regret renting this property!

The house was really nice fitted our size family well but there was to many bugs and traps considering we had 3 small kids and the oven was dirty for it to be a new stove didn’t have enough sheets for king size beds and to many for queen size but made do

Pool was having a few issues, and we didn't know we had to ask ahead of time for it to be heated, so with the cool snap it was unusable....and the linen package didn't fit the size of bed one of us had, but they brought us new ones as soon as they could. But these were minor inconveniences.

Main floor bedroom had the only bathroom on that level so that bedroom didn’t have privacy. Lots of stairs to use bathrooms.

The only complaint I heard was that the pillows could use replacing but not a huge deal. My boys loved the pool (despite being cool days and not heated), but kids are resilient! The only call I needed to make was a suddenly leaky kitchen sink and they came immediately and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Couldn’t ask for more! We appreciated getting the $150 cash toward our golf cart rentals. We had an amazing trip and the house was fantastic! For us, the thing that pushed us toward this house was the three king beds. That’s very hard to find and much appreciated! We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Short Stay at the Sandbar

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was as described. Our vacation was cut short, due to storm Debbie. I would note the counters were not wiped off and the floor didn't seem to be swept and mopped. By the second night the roaches started coming out. I realize we were in a wet hot area. So, I wasn't as freaked out as the kids were. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We really appreciated the extra ice maker. All said I would rent again. I hope they give a little more attention to the cleaning. We were charged for cleaning, as well as everyone else who rents there.
