Casa Monginevro is the fourth 140m2 accommodation located inside Cascina d'oltralpe in Susa, just 5 minutes from the center, 45 minutes from Turin and 20 minutes from France.
The closest ski slopes are those of Sestriere, Sauze d'oulx and Bardonecchia.
The farmhouse offers large spaces surrounded by greenery and the possibility of relaxing outdoors in the relaxation area with sauna and Finnish tub.
There is a shed for storing motorcycles and bicycles.
Monginevro differs from an older style that recalls peace and serenity creating timeless memories. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen overlooking a delicate living room with fireplace and a sofa bed, a bathroom, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a double bedroom accompanied by a relaxation corner ideal for immersing yourself in a pleasant reading and from which you can appreciate a restored seventeenth-century fresco.
