Broken bathroom floor and screw was up , scratched my foot. Shampoo and conditioner on wall didn’t squeeze out. I washed my hair without them. Notified after. Housekeeper came and she showed us, squeezed hard and shows a little bit shampoo, no conditioner.

The old squeaky bed was the best part. Soft and comfortable. The shower was terrible, the tub didn't drain well. The place needs a redo. I will not stay there again. For what we paid I would pay a bit more somewhere else.

The bath tub didnt drain so when you take a shower it just fills the tub. There was dog hair all over the room. The outlets in the bathroom did not work . There was no soap in the soap dispenser.

A little run down, but clean

Check in was quick and easy. There was a $20 fee per pet. The room was a little run down, but clean. The towels and bed linen were all clean and free from stains. The furniture was worn and the mattress was really soft. There was a fridge and coffee maker. The exterior of the hotel could use some maintenance, like landscaping. Breakfast is provided by obtaining a voucher from the front desk to the restaurant next door. Overall, I would stay here again for a night if I needed to.

Conveniently located on our drive to Utah. Parking was difficult, no elevator so getting our luggage to the room was not easy since we couldn't park close and we were on the 2nd floor. When we arrived our door to the room was open.

There were a lot of construction workers staying here and surprisingly they were not loud. But the ac units in every room were extremely loud. The breakfast at the lumber jack complimentary was very good. The waitress was working hard and we left a generous tip. The front staff went out of their way to accommodate us. I give staff 6 stars
