Our suite was locked. When we finally reached someone, we were told that it should be unlocked and just go in. The communication was through text so we had to text again and let them know it was definitely locked.and then wait for them to read their text. When they finally responded , they said they could not come unlock the door but would contact someone else. We had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to come unlock the door.
The manager said that he would give us a discount for having to wait. He was nice.
We did not get a discount.
We have been texting and calling for 2 weeks. After the first reply they have not replied again. The phone remains unanswered.
Our credit card has been charged the full original price. Text are not answered.
We had a deck. A chair on the deck was broken. The deck was dirty.
The TV would not work. They sent someone to fix it. She was nice. She fixed the TV , but it took so long that we were ready for bed by the time it was fixed. We did at least have it for the rest of our stay.
The listing says daily housekeeping , but we did not have that and did not have enough towels.
Our suite was cold. They said the suite attached to ours had the central air control but we could turn on the wall unit heater in our bedroom.
I would not stay again.
