The staff made my stay - Dillon and Serge were wonderful - they remembered my coffee order each morning, were so welcoming to my dogs and nothing was too much trouble.
There is a beautiful courtyard for breakfast that is super dog friendly.
We were really surprised by this property - in all the right ways. With its double glazing, it was so quiet. The bed was super comfortable, however the pillows were not to our liking, way too soft (worked out some better comfort on our 2nd night). The decor was lovely, and gave a sense of warmth. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Such a well located hotel, so many dining options in the suburb behind, and some great little wine bars. Plenty of transport options and very walkable. We would absolutely stay here again.
The room was roomy and had everything we needed. The lady at reception was helpful and very friendly. Super convenient location. We had an issue with the AC unit and the staff immediately moved us to another room
