NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. There is zero tolerance for noise past 10pm. Neighbours are sensitive to short term rentals. Police will evict if complaints.

If you cook or use the BBQ you are required to clean up afterwards. Any additional cleaning of pots and pans is considered damage.
