As a professional in the same industry, I was deeply disappointed with the cleanliness standards at this establishment. Upon entering our room, we noticed it was dirty, with hair scattered throughout the bedding. While one of the managers promptly offered us a different room, it turned out to be even worse; the bathroom was in unacceptable condition, featuring mould, hair, and urine on the toilet. Instead of addressing the cleanliness issues appropriately, we were given complimentary drinks, which felt inadequate in light of the circumstances. I expected a form of reimbursement given our experience. It's been four weeks since I sent an email to the manager detailing these issues, and I've yet to receive a response. To add to our dissatisfaction, both my husband and I developed a rash during our stay, which seems particularly concerning since we both experienced it. Considering the significant price of $245 per night, I cannot stress enough that I would strongly advise against staying at this facility based on our experience. It simply did not meet any reasonable standards of cleanliness or service.

Clean, staff very friendly, food good. 9 minute walk to Bondi beach. Over a pub, noisey on weekends but i slept great. No elevator!! Staff did help with our luggage. Room small bit absolutely loved staying there for 5 nights and would do it again.

Great spot, handy to walk around Bondi. It was quite loud as we were near the outdoor seating of the venue, but we had earplugs so it wasn’t too bad. Nice staff and nicely decorated.

I enjoyed my stay greatly. The room was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was quiet and being only minutes walk from the cafes and beach of Bondi was excellent. Highly recommended.

Room smelt like bleach and hair all over the floor. When downstairs to see if they can change rooms but no one was at the front desk but my credit card photocopy and license was sitting out for anyone to take. Ended up getting a refund

Lovely basic rooms with really lovely decor and facilities. I also loved the Goki system which made accessing my room and the hotel so easy. I would highly recommend this hotel. The price is somewhat high but not too bad.

I read the reviews for this hotel and was a bit hesitant to book. After staying there on a Saturday night and either I was lucky with my room location, above the bar/restaurant, or it was a quiet night at the club. The only time I was disturbed by the noise was when the place closed and there were people talking/shouting in the street outside for about 30 mins while waiting on their lifts. The hotel is located in an area that has some life to it and plenty of amenities if you want to eat out, drink, or cater for yourself. My room was very nice and clean, the shower was excellent, the staff were very helpful, the location it very good with great access to Bondi Beach, and the guess access and room security was very impressive. I would certainly stay there again.
