Very very comfortable bed and attentive staff - house keeping, concierge and check in counters. Love the gym and steam room. Take a tram or bus to almost anywhere. Evening walk at the harbour is very relaxing. Definitely will be back again. Thanks.

We had a fantastic stay at the Four Seasons! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel is perfectly located — just steps from the wharf and close to all the main tourist activities, including hop-on hop-off buses, ferries, and excursions. The views from our room were stunning. We stayed for five nights across two different dates and loved every moment. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing — fresh, varied, and delicious. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel, location, & staff. This hotel is the best place to stay if you are doing anything near Circular Quay, the Rocks area and plan to take the ferry. Be aware that the rooms are not massive but you could tell it was remodeled not long ago. Best bed & pillows! The staff are incredibly helpful. Highly recommended.

This hotel was top notch. Location is unbeatable. So close to the opera hike, the Sydney Harbor bridge, restaurants and shopping. The staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful. We arrive super early and got us a room quick. I would absolutely stay here again.

We paid for an Opera House view. It was beautiful, although our flight was late and we missed the daytime view. The staff was so kind and helpful. They held our luggage for us the next day even though we had checked out. The room was comfortable and roomy enough.

It was my first time staying at the Four Seasons, we had an awards nights there so stayed over. The room was large and very comfortable and clean. We had a great view of the city out of one window and a view of the harbour out of the other window.. Large bathroom with separate shower. Plush bedding, towels and bathrobes. Everything was excellent!

Friendly and helpful staff!

Staff are so amazing. My international flight was delayed 8 hours. Upon checkin I was given a late checkout to help me not spend all of that time at the airport. I had problems changing a connecting flight—Internet not working properly and airline phones jammed. Celia at the front desk was so extremely helpful—finally getting through to the airline and relieving my anxiety which allowed me to relax and enjoy my stay. Thank you!
