The staff were wonderful and very friendly especially in the Vineyard Restaurant, gaming, bar etc.
Room on the outside was very ordinary , we were in the older rooms but we were very relieved to see that once we were inside it was fairly standard but comfortable and much nicer than the outside.
The bathroom whilst everything looked brand new there seems to be some black mold on the ceiling, and inside the lovely new microwave was absolutely splattered with food which was a little bit off putting up as it looked like it had been there quite some time, this was mentioned to housekeeping on our way out and I am certain that she would have taken care of it immediately.
The bed was amazingly comfortable as were the pillows.
The security guards in the vineyard were awesome and happy to give their time to brag about their working environments.
We were able to speak to the manager on Friday evening and they did about 800 meals for tea, we had nothing but compliments for the meals the staff and the Vineyard complex , this is a place that needs to be visited it is just such a gorgeous venue and the atmosphere is electric.
The owners have certainly put a lot of money into this venue and we were told about additional work that is to be done and it is a full credit to them.
