Room 3118. Fridge is far too small and needs to be replaced with a more appropriate size. Room service food lukewarm when received. Loved the large sized bath towels, very comfortable bed and pillows. Great service, attitude and manner from every staff member we dealt with. Best located hotel in Sydney.

Room was very clean. Check in and out was quick and easy. The only down side was being woken to ther sound of a jack hammer reverberating through the building .. not sure if it was coming from inside or outside the building however it was loud enough that it felt like it was in the next room !!

Stayed for a solo weekend to recharge the batteries. Convenient location, very close to the shops. It was a simple room but it felt luxurious . Check in and out was very easy. Would definitely stay again. The only negative is the shower. The pressure was so weak, it was like a trickle and the temperature control was very sensitive, either way too hot or too cold. Not happy medium.

A pleasant stay. Friendly staff in restaurant for breakfast. Glass drinking cupd provided in room, but we were afraid of accidentally dropping and smashing them in the bathroom or on the tiles near the fridge. Wonder whether plastic cups might be better. Very good location and parking was easy. Will stay again.
