Check-in process was ridiculously long which was quite disappointing as we were headed to a wedding and was late. The stay itself was okay however we did have access to the executive lounge which wasn't the greatest. We ended up having breakfast downstairs. Not sure if I would get a room for lounge access in future

The location of the property is fantastic. Staff was professional and friendly. Very good breakfast selection at the Glass Brasserie. The only negative I have is the size of the bathroom sink.
