The location of this hotel is excellent!! Right next to train, bus stop, and light rail. So convenient to get anywhere on public transportation or walking. Loved the location. Charming building with pub on base floor. But you couldn’t hear the club and it was quiet in room.

The room was very clean. The hotel is so convenient, 100metres from Town Hall Station, the tram and QV building. A pleasant walk through Hyde Park to the Art Gallery and museum.

My room overlooked the street and was very noisy over the long weekend until about 4:00am. I was unable to turn the heater on and was quite cold. Staff were lovely. Distance to transport was extremely good, also not far to good supermarket. Lots of hot water = great shower.
