I always stay at the Urban when visiting Sydney as it is a convenient location and I love the parking option. Rooms are very comfortable.

We have stayed regularly at the Urban over a number of months now. We are always greeted warmly and the rooms are very comfortable and good value for money. We like the fact that there is a small onsite restaurant that serves very tasty food. We will continue to stay here on our regular trips to Sydney.

Great business hotel with helpful staff. The dining is well priced and delicious. Located on a main road so the front rooms are noisy even though they are double glazed. Its only a short taxi or uber to some great restaurants and pubs.

The cleanliness was definitely an issue. I found some hair on the bed ob my arrival. The room table lamp was broken. The staff were not friendly or helpful. I’m not gonna stay there again

Hotel was excellent, clean very spacious, great hair dryer and good toiletries. Cafe was reasonably priced. Reception staff very helpful. 15-minute walk to St Lenord's Station 25 minutes to Crowsnest metro station. There is a bus stop across the road. Would stay there again.

Very comfortable modern hotel.

The room and bathroom were immaculate, housekeeping excellent, desk staff friendly and helpful. Did not have occasion to use the bistro,so can't comment on that. The free morning shuttle to catch the Metro at Crows Nest is an excellent service, most helpful. It would be even better if you could book a pickup from Crows Nest in the afternoon. All in all, deserves its 4.5* rating. Would certainly stay here again.
