Room had a sewerage smell and it forced us to vacate the room without staying the night. Understand this is a budget hotel but paying over $200 a night it would be expected to have cleaning standards. Would not be recommending this hotel.

Close to venues which is extremely convenient. Room tidy and clean. Lifts were slow and took forever to exit the building. No parking available upon arrival but car park was close for only $35 a day. Check in and out was quick and easy.

For check-in, a huge line-up! There were two people working at the reception counter when we came in & then for the next 25 mins, just the one person. This was around 3pm (check-in is from 2pm) so wasn't anywhere near peak time. Got into room at about 3:40pm. Didn't seem to be any urgency to clear the line-up. No power in all double power points, TV, Bedside light & fridge in room except for aircon & main light. Had to go out 35 mins later to go to tennis & wouldn't be back until after midnight. Advised reception on our way out to the tennis (had to give room key-card back). When returned in the early hours of the morning, the young lady had no idea (wasn't in any notes or passed on). Also, wasn't aware that the key card had been returned. Had to re-program a new one and gave it to us. We checked power & was resolved. She advised that she was coming up with us but got delayed with the front door, a couple of mins later she came up & advised power issue was resolved. So didn't have to move to another room. Check-out was express by placing key-card in express box on reception counter. At least this time, (stayed there last year), there was the basic toiletries (last year, only had one towel, no soap/body wash, a bottom sheet & doona only (no top sheet)) for two adults. This time was it was for three adults.

This is a budget hotel so don’t expect anything too fancy. It’s in a good Location to get into circular quays by train or boat. If you are on a budget then this is a great hotel.

Room was clean & tidy but very small. Bed was comfortable. Fridge was a little small for our needs. Staff were always friendly & very welcoming. Feel $13 for the continental breakfast was a little overpriced.

Room top bed you can see the dust , the blankets are stained only one chair no tissue box 3 nights they didn't change the bed sheets once. I kept asking for towels u less they wouldn't provide it. The toilet lamp didn't work. They said they will fix it but they didn't ... only good thing is the shower head and hot water !! Overall not happy with it..

The room smelt like it had not been cleaned, it smelt of sweat mixed with lynx deodorant. Air con did not work, We ended up leaving and staying down the road for an extra $150 which was very nice. I wouldn’t even let my dog stay here. I understand it is a budget motel but this room was gross…I Will say staff were lovely, hence the 1 star

Neglected and not clean. Carpets were not vacuumed upon arrival, sink not clean, toilet seat broken, tv not working, check in on arrival had to wait 20mins for unattended desk. No room to put luggage or toiletries. Not worth $650 felt like being at a backpachers lodge/hestel

Attended a concert at Qudos, checked in, parked in P1 and then walked back afterwards and the process couldn’t have been easier. The room was tidy, functional and fit for purpose. Didn’t hear many other guests through the walls aside from the occasional door slam. Would stay again

Dirty everwhere from the squashed mozzie on the toilet wall; the long hair in the shower cubicle; the towels smudged with black marks and the water bottle left wedged between the wall and the rop bunk bed mattress. We also reported that the light didn’t work in the toilet 3 times fo staff, but it was never replaced, so we had to use the toilet utilising the torch from our phones.

Air conditioner not working but was fixed by staff. Room was filthy. Sheets and blankets had yellow staining. Large amounts of dust and dirt in corners of room, under the bed. Walls were filthy. Hair on bed. The corridors were dirty around corners and vending machines. Would have been a long time in between cleaning. Overall for $300 a night it was disgusting.

The bed was unstable, I rolled over & the bed topped up & I fell out. I hurt my shoulder inside table, hit my head on the desk also broke a nail. Told reception when checking out more concerned with the bed not my injuries.
