Immaculate 3 Bed City Home - Close to Everything

Our home is a Victorian Terrace House built in 1890 and is part of a historic row of heritage houses up on a small hill based in the heart of the inner city of Sydney. The space is well organised, comfortable and has everything you need whether you're a couple, family or a group of friends looking for a holiday in Sydney. Our location is second to none! We are about a 20 minute journey by car to Bondi and all of Sydney's best beaches.

We have 3 Bedroom all with Queen Sized Beds (all brand new), Great Kitchen facilities, 2 full luxury bathrooms - skylit shower-rooms and a full bath, Laundry facilities (ASKO- top of the line Swedish white-goods), spacious lounge and dining room with a beautiful dining suite to fit 6 people and a small back garden with dining setting to come!!

Our location is probably the most vibrant part of the inner city hub. The village of cafes restaurants ranging from world class establishments to your regular fish and chip shop. We live close to Crown St (the best places to eat in Sydney) and literally seconds from all of the action.

We are also very close to China Town, the City, Centennial Parklands, Prince Alfred Park and a range of other major activities. Once you arrive at our house, you'll understand why we live in the very best location!!! The new Tram, Buses, trains and taxis are literally a stone's throw away!!!

All furniture and all bedding is brand new as of July 2022 and of the highest quality. All bedding is thoroughly washed after each house guest stays.

Please note:

The house is not suitable for wheel chair access due to a flight of stairs that leads up to the entrance of the premises.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Crown Street. You'll find features such as 1 hot tub and laundry facilities. The holiday home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.
