Wonderfully spacious and relaxing resort. The gym and exercise equipment was limited and some weights or additional machines would be required to call this a gym. Enjoyable pool area and easily accessible restaurants.

First room we checked into was 212. The bathroom sink was "clogged" and after running water beard hairs and vomit came up from the sink drain. A complaint to reception had them move us to room 112 (directly below the old room) same size etc. However, this room had an abundance of "flies" in the room. We complained again and were finally moved to room 100. Same room size etc. While the room issues put a bit of a dampener on the weekend, we still enjoyed our stay in the area. I feel the rooms are checked correctly before being rented out. The staff however were very accommodating to the issue we had by letting us change rooms, however there were no discounts or offers for the issues incurred.

I was greeted warmly at reception, the check in process was smooth and quick. Our room was ready an hour early and it smelt lovely and was very clean. Bed comfortable. Hotel facilities eg pool, games room, are lovely and again, clean. Hotel is very close to Leura Mall. It's my 3rd visit and I will be back again.

Staff were friendly, obliging and helpful. The rooms were spacious and there was lots of room to hand your clothes. Rooms including bathrooms were clean. The food at the restaurant was of good quality and service staff were lovely and friendly.

We checked in the hotel late (around mid-night) so I coud not give you a complete picture of the resort. Our room was on the second floor. The two sets of stairs were challenging not only to my 80 year old mom, but also the rest of my family carrying luggages. The room was spacious with adequate supplies but strangely enough all the door knobs were higher than normal--I do not believe it is an "Australia" thing because we lived 3-4 other hotels throughout this trip. But the rod that hung the towels in the bathroom was unusually low. I wondered whether there was a giant or a dwarf who used to live here or both. Anyway, it is just odd to see higher door knobs with lower towel rods in the same unit. I did take a short walk to the garden across from my building at the entrance of the resort the second morning before we headed to the blue mountain. It was a beautiful garden with a nice picnic area. I bet people enjoy the view of that garden at the bar when it is open.

I figure you need a vending that operates 24/7 and sticks snacks,milk, and maybe sandwiches! We stayed two nights and ran out of milk! It was raining cats and dogs, Leura has closed for the evening! It was just seven pm and I had to drive inthe rain to find a service station just to get milk and a snack! Please put ina vending machine. Ivor gilhooly Room 240 sat20 Dec and Sunday 22dec 2025! Besides our stay was great top class we will come again very soon! Please put in the vending machine for people like me who get hungry at all hours of the day or night! Thank you😎🙏

The room was spotless & the staff were courteous & helpful. The continental breakfast was nice. Can’t fault our stay. However the supplied ice bucket didn’t fit in the fridge so the ice did melt quickly which isn’t ideal.
