It honestly had a 3-star hotel vibe. The walls in the room were damaged, with scratches and paint missing from most of the room doors in the hallway. The carpet in the rooms looked as if someone had spilled chips on the floor, which frustrated my OCD. The low-flow toilets were embarrassing; I had to flush 4 times. The furnishings in the bathroom had been patched and repaired. The shower had patches of discolouration in the corners. Though I did enjoy the shower, the water flow and temperature were nice. The staff were uninterested during check-in. Perhaps I got someone who was new or having a bad day, but they seemed disorganised. Staff at check out made a positive impression though. The breakfast and club facilities were excellent and did most of the heavy lifting for the rating.

Room size was reasonable with good amenities including a microwave oven. There was only one USB charging outlet in the room. As it is located within a club, everyone needs an ID card to enter the ground level.
