Staying at Meriton Suites on Essex St, Sydney, was an absolute highlight of my trip 🌟. The apartment‑style suites were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed — the modern kitchen, comfortable king‑size bed and large balcony with city‑scape views made me feel right at home. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk to Circular Quay, The Rocks, and plenty of great cafés and restaurants. The exceptional service. The staff were friendly, and responsive. The building’s facilities — a rooftop pool with harbour glimpses and a well‑equipped gym — were top‑notch. I’ll definitely return & would highly recommend Meriton Suites Essex St to anyone looking for a luxurious, well‑located stay in Sydney. Five‑star experience all the way 👍

The apartment was surprisingly spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped. Staff were welcoming and courteous and we were able to access the room early, which made a huge difference to us. Overall we really enjoyed the Meriton, and found the location really convenient, with easy access to Town Hall and Darling Harbour.

This was a modern property with all the amenities we needed as we transitioned from our cruise to the land travel part of our trip. Staff was helpful and gave great recommendations for what to do til the room was ready plus they stored our luggage. We will be back!

The room was clean and spacious. Having the washer/dryer in the room was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful on entry and exit (and allowed me to have early check in). The hotel is in easy walking distance to the Darling Harbor sights. One warning is almost everything is uphill from there, but that's just the way the city lays out. Even as an out of shape person I just added an extra 5 minutes to my walking time, and it was good. I would definitely stay again.

Staff were incredible, every single member of staff I spoke to were very polite & nothing seemed too much trouble... Our studio had everything to hand. The option to be able to make food was convenient at times, having a washing machine & tumble dryer was very useful. Location was excellent, most places walkable. Overall a great experience. I would definitely return to the same hotel & location again should we be lucky enough to return to Sydney.

Perfectly acceptable property. We stayed at the Meriton in Brisbane just before moving to Sussex Street. No comparison really as that place is special. Sussex street is perfect for Darling Harbour.
