The staff were the absolute best. I don't think I have ever had more helpful & lovely service anywhere. Rooms were very compact but modern, clean & the hotel location perfect.

Mari on reception was very nice and helped us with directions to various places. Yes room was petite as stated , it was clean and adequate for our stay. Beds were comfy . Would definitely stay here again, great location for Darling Harbour

Staff were very helpful, room was small but good and did the job. Just be prepared to come up with a way to block out the night light in the corner of the frosted glass bathroom, we nicknamed it the “beacon” so got a good laugh out of it. I’d suggest a change motion activated one instead or the ability to turn it off?

Lovely and helpful staff. Room was impeccably clean, but very small. There was no place to open my luggage and once it was set on the floor, I couldn’t get out to the balcony. The same, could have used a chair and side table, so one can sit out. Darling Harbour is lovely to explore and close by, but the quickest access is through and down the elevator, in the parking lot by the Novotel. I did not feel the safest walking through there at dark. Quiet and not well lit. But overall, this 2night stay met my needs. Thank you!

Well maintained modern property and great location to all of Sydney via light rail and quick train to airport after your departure. The light rail is across the street though the car park to light rail that will then take you to Central Station where you can catch all trains. Staff is super helpful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended.

The room was clean and tidy but a little small , the bathroom is in the same room with only a glass wall between the bed and the toilet..ok for the odd night or a solo traveler. We probably wouldn't stay here again due to the bathroom, good location and friendly helpful staff.
