Half the price you would expect to pay in central Sydney. A two minute walk to Rosehill horse races. Bus 920 at door, ten minutes to Parramatta train. Kudos to helpful Evelyn and great big frozen portion at reasonable cost. Microwave , bath and washing machine in the room. Amazing!

Had a bad experience… there was no cutlery, no exhaust fan in toilet, worst parking ever very narrow(I even scratched my car) & whole building smells weird. Would never stay here again.

Good location and good value for the price. King bed is very uncomfortable- two singles joined together and the join is not padded - woke up many times in the night. They need good thick mattress toppers if they want to join beds

Property was pretty clean. Most of the front desk staff were really friendly and accommodating. Woolies is a 7 minute walk away. Breakfast was a little high in preserved meats, but had a decent spread and filled our stomachs every morning. One area of improvement would be the Wifi though, it was kind of intermittent and not very fast.
