Great accomodation, close to the airport, great quiet sleep . What kept bringing us back was the restaurant but last time the food was not as good and the prices very high for a meal, otherwise everything else is fantastic, hopefully the kitchen is back to what it was when we are back next

Our room heating did not work. It was set to cold and it was June in Australia. After it was found that the heating was faulty the maintenance man said he would go down stairs to organise a room change. No one came up to us to tell us where we were going to. I had to go downstairs to ask what was happening. I spoke with the manager. She then organised the room. Unfortunately we missed our flight to Bali. This was our own fault. However, We booked the shuttle bus through reception for 4:55 am. I would have thought since we didn’t get on it I would have expected the front desk to check that we were ok. ‘In the old days’ this used to happen. I think customer service has a very different meaning nowadays. Which is a great pity. I am on 45 years old.

Just wanted a hotel near the airport because my flight was arriving late at night. The hotel is too far to walk to from the airport with luggage, they don't run a shuttle service. The cab drivers charge $30 for a 3 minute drive! Unfortunately I couldn't use Uber because I didn't have an Australian SIM card.

This is a perfect airport hotel. It’s a 5 minute uber from the international terminal, but it feels more like a nice downtown hotel than a typical place by the airport. The restaurant was great and reasonably priced. Also, since we had a full day in town before our night flight, this was a great place to store our luggage and walk 10 minutes to the train into town. I would definitely recommend it to travelers.

The hotel is conveniently located, for a short drive, and if one does not mind, walkable from the airport to the hotel. Every staff that helped me were nice. The hotel graciously stored a luggage when I traveled to Melbourne, only to pick up upon my return to Sydney. That saves me the trouble from bringing clothes that I won’t use in Melbourne. I am able to travel a bit light, which is a great help of the hotel.
