We have never stayed at the Park Royal Darling Harbour before but we will definitely be back. We received a wonderfully warm welcome at check in, the room was generous in size and had a spacious, spotless bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and a staff member Earl was so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great family stay! After an initial issue at check in regarding a lost booking the staff worked tirelessly to accomodate us and ensure we still had a place to stay. They were clam reassuring and helpful during the whole experience making it less stressful. The room was spacious clean and modern with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Just a 10 min walk from most major locations like darling harbour and the city centre but still out of the business of the city. Thank you for the experience Park Royal :)

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and offered a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and all amenities — from high-speed Wi-Fi to complimentary coffee and toiletries — were thoughtfully provided. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s breakfast buffet, which featured a delicious variety of fresh, high-quality options. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations. Was not offered valet parking when I said we were driving, was offered parking two blocks away and no explanation on how the parking process works upon arrival. When leaving I went to get the car to load all of our suitcases in and was charged $70 a day. When I questioned this, staff said too bad you didn’t validate your ticket. Go stay somewhere with ample parking.
