The place was actually very good except for extensive black mould in the bathroom. I raised it with the property manager and they told me this was the first theyâd heard of it, which seemed hard to believe given it was cleaned prior to our arrival and the mould was quite extensive. The manager only seemed to think a 10% refund would be appropriate, which we were underwhelmed with considering we didnât want to take our baby into the bathroom at all for bathing and had to arrange to bathe him at our familyâs house around the corner which was inconvenient. Suffice to say, we never would have booked if weâd known about the mould. We were willing to accept that things happen but a 10% refund given how understanding we were seemed like a slap in the face.A real shame as otherwise the place was nice and in a good location. I wouldnât risk booking here as they donât seem to be too worried about the health risks
