The cleaning of the room was very basic, making the bed and changing towels was about it. The front of house and security staff were nice enough but nothing out of then ordinary to make the stay memorable or one I would recommend one way or the other. The building is clearly very tired and the pool is poorly serviced.

Room wasn't as clean as I'd have liked - other people's hair on the bathroom walls etc. Room was very nosiy until late at night due to roadworks and traffic noise. Staff refused to serve us drinks at the bar even though we asked to take them to our room because the bar had just closed (around 8pm).
