Room was clean and bed was comfortable, but they need a chair or real couch instead of the uncomfortable half couch abomination that’s in there. View was excellent. Breakfast was excellent, but pricey. I thought the dinner was average. Close to public transport and the area is walkable. Staff was awesome and always available to help. The hotel itself is probably a little above average, but the staff is what pushes the rating higher.

This was our first stop on our 3 week Australian trip, and it did not disappoint!! The staff were so warm and welcoming, the hotel is modern clean and smells lovely!! And the food was fantastic, the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve ever had, so much choice and everything cooked to perfection. Staff are so attentive but not to the point where they’re hovering, pitched perfectly!

Disappointing Experience Despite High Expectations Check-in was a major letdown — we were only allowed into the room well past the agreed 3 PM time. I paid a significant amount expecting a relaxing birthday stay, but instead it turned out to be stressful. One of the rooms I booked had a non-functional fridge and air conditioning, which made the stay uncomfortable. The lift situation was also frustrating — constantly overcrowded with long queues. At one point, we had to wait 40 minutes just to get in. Overall, the experience did not match the price or expectations.

Lovely place to spend a few days in Sydney. Can be a long wait for the elevators around check-out time. We waited about 15 minutes but others waited around 45 minutes. Can often hear the people in the rooms next door which isn’t ideal.

I stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. The front desk staff were very welcoming and check-in was fast. My room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a nice city views.The hotel is just minutes walk from the Harbor, which made it easy to get around. Definitely good value for the price. I’d stay again!
