Quiet for our very close neighbours at all times. Noise travels in outdoor areas. The courtyards are used as a path of travel not for entertaining.
No additional Guests or Visitors at the property at any time . No groups under 25 years. No large groups for celebratory weekends / party weekends.
Evenings, we ask guests to close doors adjoining the courtyard areas. This will stop noise from travelling. Keep the Heating or Cooling running better

What a find this cottage was! It was clean and comfortable and just right for our short stay in Sydney. The location was perfect as it only took us 10 minutes to walk to the Harbour. The accommodation itself is set in the historic district and is only a short walk away from cafes and restaurants nearby. The host was on site to welcome us and she was really quick to deal with any questions or issues we may have had. The downstairs was quite small but cosy and the kitchen very adequate for what we needed. Overall a fabulous stay!

Girls weekend

We had a fantastic stay- the house is in a prime location. We could walk to everything. Also a couple of great pubs/bars literally across the road and we also dined at a few restaurants. The lounge and kitchen are on the smaller side but had everything we needed. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay, the location as absolutely amazing. We would walk to Circular Quay and Barangaroo in just a few minutes and the house had everything we needed. Great to have the three bedrooms. Highly recommend for a wonderful Sydney holiday.

Quick 2 night stop over

Some friends and I had a couple of nights between dive trips, one to the GBR and the other in Fiji, our time was short so location was important. Loved having the historical location, the bedrooms nice and comfy and room to spread out. We spent very little time at the apartment, but it was perfect for our needs! Sam was a wealth of information upon check in and responsive to my need for morning coffee. Overall, a great stay for a couple of nights.

If you’re looking for an amazing location I highly recommend this property. Short walk to both The Rocks and Darling Harbour. Great pubs, restaurants and bars close by. Public transport is also very close. Very cool, quirky cottage. Living area is very small so don’t expect to be lounging around too much. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely, quaint apartment

this was a lovely apartment. Was our artistically decorated, very clean, the host was absolutely wonderful and helpful, the living room area is small and we had four people including two big men but we loved this cute little place so much that we didn't even notice the tight fit! It is across the street from from the water, but the apartment itself does not overlook the harbor
