If you’re looking for a hotel where everything is accessible, this is the place. The room is clean, quiet, and comes with free breakfast. Staff were accommodating, friendly and flexible.
Fantastic hotel for short stays. Concierge was fantastic with helping us organise a late check-out and they even have bag storage services. We stayed in Sydney for a convention and chose this hotel for its location. Very choice, sandwiched between Town Hall and Darling Harbour, it's incredibly accessible to nearby hotspots.
There are no amenities except a gym. No food options at all. Maybe I didn't read the description well enough but I was disappointed. There aren't any food options really close either which is a problem if you are in a hurry. The front desk staff were very helpful.
We stayed in the recently renovated hotel. Room was over a very busy street, but the insulation of the windows kept the noise we experienced to a minimum. Great location and friendly staff.
My room was so clean and beautiful! The area was nice and central to walk almost anywhere downtown or catch transportation to where you needed to go. Staff was super friendly and helpful for any needs, and the hotel was really nice!
The room was so much larger than expected. The location of this hotel is amazing with so much shopping and eateries and bars along with proximity to the train. The staff was extremely helpful and gave us great suggestions as to where we should go for nightlife and for brunch and for shopping!
I stayed at The Clarence Hotel for 8 nights and had the best time ever. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They made me feel welcome & couldn't do enough for me to make sure i had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and so beautiful, i also used the gym facility which was so lovely. I will 100% stay here again as its a great location to get everywhere.
