I just wanted to raise a concern regarding the night light when using the bathroom. I noticed that it doesn’t come on straight away when I enter the area, and it also switches off before I’ve returned to bed. This makes it a bit difficult to move around safely in the dark. Would it be possible to have it checked or adjusted so that: It activates more promptly, and Stays on a bit longer to allow safe return to bed? Thank you for your help.

Check in was a long process, the room was lovely however there was notes advising that the beds were not made fresh as per the request of the guests and marks on the covers. The person I spoke to mentioned they would send someone up, it as a no show! Pretty disappointing really

The property is so luxurious, modern, clean, spacious, easy access and check in was so easy. The Foyer, reception and surrounding areas are beautifully decorated. There are always staff around to help with directions. We did have problems finding the correct lifts to get access to our floor as there are a few different lifts in the foyer. So maybe some more signage. We also were impressed with the technology of the room but that could do with some instructions how to use the smart panel instead of just having symbols, especially for the older generation.

This has been one of the best Hotel, experiences I've ever had - Great everything! Food, service, assistance as i have a disability. It's very big and you need to get your bearings. but the staff make it easy.

I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were large, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help—great service all around. One small note: during check-in, the agent called out my room number aloud, which I understand is generally avoided for security reasons. It wasn’t a major issue, but just something to be mindful of. Aside from that, everything was amazing and I’d happily stay again. Highly recommend!
