Property and staff were good. Plenty of dining around area within easy walking. Hyde park very close to walk to with shopping close by if you like high end clothing.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The bed was very hard. The bathtub was very old and its painting was coming off. The walls were thin, so we heard the neighbours going to the toilet, having a shower and when they were giggling. The steam room and the sauna didn’t work properly. Their sundeck did not have beds to lay on. Its location was convenient with walking distances to train stations, shopping centres and Darling Harbour.

Hotel was close to woolworths which was handy, easy walk to cbd, close to the museum and hyde park. Also close to train station. Comfy bed and awesome shower. Would stay again.

Walking distance from most major attractions and shops. Good links to all transport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large room clean and tidy. Beds comfy but my pillow was a little on the firm side. Sadly we didnt have a bay view but the view from our side was nice.

Great location for your Sydney trip

We chose this hotel for its location and it was a comfortable stay. The location is close to public transport, shopping centres and main tourist sites. The staff were professional and polite and the room was spacious and comfortable. My only downside was that the wifi stopped working towards the end of our stay but overall I would recommend this hotel.

We had a really good stay. Our room was on the 20th floor with harbour views. Some of the furniture is a bit tired but the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very expensive ,not included in our rate) so we didn’t eat at the hotel but there are lots of options just outside.

Great view at half the price

The hotel is unassuming but the people and the service inside are worth the stay. Some of the hotel could use some sprucing up-laundry room, corridors-painting, elevators are a bit whacky. But when I got to my room it was lovely, clean, comfortable and the view was better than the one I had at the Four Seasons downtown. A nice grocery nearby as is great public transport. The staff runs the hotel very quietly but efficiently. It has the feel of a much smaller hotel. I would definitely stay there again!
