Hit and miss

Neil was an absolute DELIGHT on check in. Gave us a bottle of bubbly to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Truly appreciated. Strangely though our room was not cleaned when we left for the day, nor our towels refreshed. I called housekeeping as we were leaving again that night for an event and they only left towels. Not even washers etc. And didint even attempt to refresh the room which for a hotel of this calibre we found VERY odd.

I love staying at the Vibe, it's me preference for North Sydney stays and I'm generally there every 6 weeks or so. Staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. Rooms are large and well kept. It's a convenient location also

Very friendly staff Room was nice and large, good size bathroom and liked that I had my own fridge. Very good transport links to the city. Train was a 5 min walk away, metro was across the road. Lots of shops around. I would definitely stay here again. Really good price. Rooftop pool and gym, which i didnt use but looked great.

Nice modern property. Plenty of transport and dining options, although hard to find anywhere open on a Sunday morning. Room quiet and tidy except for black mould in bathroom and filthy bathroom door.
