Our room was a bit cramped and the hotel does need a bit of an update, but the staff were very nice and accommadating and the bathroom was amazing! The cafe attached to the hotel was wonderful and had the best chai latte I’ve ever had. We went there everyday. The hotel is in a wonderful location and I would definitely stay there again.

We were given room on the first floor, which was clean and nice, but was on the first floor above a busy junction and no double glazing, was very noisy, so we asked to move and went to a room on 9th floor which was perfect. If you are given 105 I suggest you ask for another room if you want to sleep.

was told that I could check in at 3:00pm but room was still not available until 3:30. the room was dirty and bathroom had black mold and broken/missing floor tiles in the shower. when I asked to be moved I was told that they were at capacity and could not be moved until the next day. very disappointing and would not recommend to anyone.

Great hotel. Excellent location, easy walk to Darling Harbour or QVB. Room very practical with amusing bidet toilet seat. Good block out curtains and Juliette balcony in my room. Pod coffee at reception.
