Das Appartement ist modern und sehr sauber. Alle Geräte funktionieren und man kann dort eine sehr schöne Zeit haben. Für unseren persönlichen Geschmack fehlte etwas der persönliche Touch der das Apartment gemütlich macht. Die Lage ist perfekt besonders im Herbst wenn die Friedrichstraße nicht ganz so überfüllt ist. Der Kontakt mit der Vermietung war sehr gut. Alle unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und eine kurzfristige Änderung der Buchung wurde ohne Mehrkosten ermöglicht. Vielen Dank

Schöne, moderne Wohnung in 1a-Lage von Westerland. Vom Balkon Blick aufs Meer. Ruhig, da das Schlafzimmer nach hinten geht. Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, wie eigentlich immer in den Wohnungen, die von König angeboten werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der umfassend und ansprechend sanierten Residenz Seeburg. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben wiederholt bei Ihnen gebucht, diesmal die Wohnung Luigi. Leider ist hier die Ausstattung nicht wie bei der Wohnung Romero. Besonders schlecht ist der Wlan Empfang. Hervorzuheben ist der superfreundliche Hausmeister, immer hilfsbereit :-)
