This was a nice place to getaway for the weekend. I loved that it was right on the river, and although there are neighbors around, it was still a very quiet location and felt private. The wifi didn't work super well, but overall, it was a lovely stay!
Quiet, secluded, near the river. It is secluded, but close to Sylva, a small town with great eateries and coffee shops. The location is in a travel trailer park, but for my stay it was very quiet. The tiny house is comfortable and has all the basics. I enjoyed the stay and recommend the location for a couple or very small group.
Clean overall need additional heat source for cold weather it was cold inside need cookware set the set nowis burned from the stove fire i assume it could not be used the range hood also nice location and peaceful good neighbors
Very dirty! Bedroom window broken. At some time or another must have been fire in kitchen, we were scared to use the applianes. Mouse droppings everywhere! Sheets and towels have a terrible odor! Had to sweep cobwebs and insects off front porch before we could even enter!
We greatly enjoyed our stay at Tucked Away. It was in the perfect location for us. Enjoyed our view of the river and peacefulness or our surroundings. For a campground, it was really quiet and peaceful. We liked watching the folks rafting and tubing down the river. So much, that we had to go rafting down it too.
The place was clean and spacious enough for us and one son who came to stay one night. Everything we needed was there. There was a grill outside. Two rocking chairs on the porch were a big plus for us.
Communications with management was great. No issues checking in or out.
Look forward to staying there again!
The house is truly a tiny house. My husband is 6 foot and he felt cramped in the house. The house looks exactly as the listing, so it really is only for two people otherwise it is cramped. It not near much. Most attractions and dining is at least 20 minutes away. You also have to cut through other people's yards to get into the river out front and there is not really an easy or safe way to get down. There is nobody on the campground for help. The guy next to us rented an RV from the campsite next to us and had no help on whether it was the right RV or not. It is very cramped campground, so pulling an RV out is hard work in some areas. The water doesn't really work all that well and the air conditioner is a little small for the home. Its a good stay if you want to be away from everything.
