The staff was awesome. Courtney at the front desk went above and beyond helping me. Haven't seen this attention in quite some time. The room was clean, parking convenient, and the breakfast was good. Will stay here again when in the area. Thank you again to Courtney at the front desk.

It’s important to begin by stating that the staff could not have been friendlier or more hospitable! Each person we encountered was incredibly kind, and we felt very welcomed. We were in town for the Duke vs Syracuse football game, so the room price was artificially inflated for the age and condition of the hotel. The room was okay, but the hallway was dark and a little damp smelling. The carpet was also mysteriously dark, and the AC unit in our room was extremely loud. However, there was alway hot coffee, and again, everyone was friendly. Overall, an 6.75 out of 10 stay.

Staff was friendly. Hotel needs some work. Wallpaper was falling off in rooms. Toilets are very outdated. Doors looked like they had been broken into. Paint was chipping off walls and in shower.

The hotel room was clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was too small. Breakfast was included. However, it wasn't convenient to anything such as restraunts, grocery stores, or gas stations. It gave us the opportunity to explore the local area more.

Plenty of parking. Check in attendant was very personable. Shower was hot and had plenty of water pressure. No real complaints. Property is just dated with areas of disrepair. Could use some updating.

The hotel was OK but the location of it getting there was very confusing. We did find it, but he needs something else around it and also to say it was close to the New York fairground it wasn’t it was tucked in a corner by RV company and the roads were terrible.

Our brief stay couldn’t have been better. We arrived in the middle of the night and were greeted by a friendly front desk guy, who was sweet enough to offer us snacks or anything else we needed, because we had just driven more than 12 hours coming from Chicago and were really tired. The room was sparkly clean, towels and sheets super fresh. It was modern and well decorated, beds were comfy (just a little small, but that’s on me, because I didn’t pay attention on the size of the beds when I booked, I assumed the “double beds” were queen size, but they were more like full size), but nothing that could stop us from having a good night sleep. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was really good, with good selection of items. Overall, 10/10! We’ll definitely be back if ever in this area again.
