No bathroom towels just 1 hand towel, dirty toilet, very dusty in top of the microwave, tv was not working, pull out sofa with stains. When checking in the guy was nice but in the morning they were never in the front desk. The breakfast eggs were cold. No juices or yogurt. Syrup for pancakes were out. The Coffee had grinds. In my honest opinion I know they are remodeling but they can do way better. They need dinning tables so people can eat breakfast.

The sofa in the room was stained, old and dirty. The tv is very small AND all of the channels kept going in and out (I'm assuming they have a dish). Front desk Woman was very pleasant.

The room was nice but the night stand had something sticky all over it and the tables were dirty. There wasn’t a single towel or washcloth in the room or complimentary items. The complimentary breakfast was a disaster. Nothing was stocked. The ladies working were very kind though.

Only 2 bath towels (no hand towels, bath mat, wash cloths) for 4 people. Wallpaper hanging off the wall. No remote for the tv. Went back 3 times to get remotes that didn't work, thus no TV. Drip noise in the shower all night that sounded like it was behind the wall. Several electric wall outlets didn't work to charge our phones.

Missing basic essentials

I was traveling with 2 kids. One kid wanted to sleep on the pull out couch so I asked for an extra set of bedding and pillows. Front desk said they were out of pillows. Also there was no shampoo or conditioner like most hotels provide.

Polite and helpful staff. Room was large with two queen beds and pullout couch to accommodate 5 plus a dog. Bathroom shower was in need of renovation. Breakfast was below average. Lobby was very clean and modernized. Pricing was better than average.
