The property was dirty and in disrepair. One of the frames on the wall had broken glass. The phones did not work. The smoke detector was disconnected and sitting by the tv. I called the front desk (from my cell since the hotel phone was not operational) to tell them the smoke detector was disconnected and all they said was "thanks for telling me". I'm quite sure hotel rooms must have a functional smoke detector - and this one did not! This hotel is completely unsafe and should not be a choice on Orbitz!

The stay is not bad, but it's not the best either. Exterior needs improvement, such as the driveway. More towels on hand would be nice so i don't have to wait for clean ones. Upon arrival, we only had a few minor issues such as the TV channels and bedding. Overall, the stay isn't as bad as some make it out to be. The place just needs some extra TLC and perhaps a continental breakfast bar.

this hotel experience was unacceptable. When I checked in, I found a cockroach in the room and a mattress with visible blood stains. Completely unhygienic and disturbing. I had to demand a new room, which they eventually provided. The manager at the time begged me not to leave a bad review, apologizing and offering to comp a room for a future stay to make up for the horrible experience. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to trying to redeem that offer. the same manager acted like it never happened and refused to honor his promise. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere clean and reputable. This place is a health hazard and the management cannot be trusted.

The room smelled like smoke, the window was cracked to cover the smell. The overall condition of the room was bad and we chose not to stay. We stayed at another hotel near by. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

As I was checking in we noticed a very unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. One guest in front of me was complaining about bugs in her room. I checked in but soon after, I requested a refund and did not stay at the property. The sink was clogged with what looked like hair and throw up. There were traps for bugs all throughout the hotel on the floor. I did not feel comfortable staying there.

Location was good, close to just about everything you need. Room was spacious but a foul odor. Elevator smelled stinky the entire weekend. Some of the front desk staff were unprofessional ( mostly the older gentleman on the overnight shift. No coffee or hot water was available in the am
