The hotel is decent and has a lot going for it. that being said, it is in desperate need of some upkeep. Bath linens are old and frayed, dirty windows, and a room door that wouldn't open without pushing with the weight of one's body!

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The bathroom sinks aren’t great on space. Staff if good and lobby comfortable for a cup of coffee in the am. Location is great.

Shower was full of pubic hair. Advised staff. I left and returned later that afternoon and still dirty with pubic hair. Called one week in advance to check in early and could accommodate. Advised me that there were no rooms. I watched people checked out and they could have accomate me in 2 hours. All night exit door was been opened and closed next to my room made so much noise because elevators were not working. Last time I will stay there

Exactly as advertised. Photos on the website show it as it is. Clean hotel, comfortable bed, staff very friendly and attentive. The breakfast wasn’t great but I was also not expecting anything, so it was a plus to have it.

Parkview is old but cute, well located and clean. Rooms are big - bathrooms are well appointed and staff is friendly. Breakfast is minimal but coffee is good. Location is excellent in the heart of Syracuse. Parking included.
